Synergy Fitness Off-Ice training. Skate Canada PEI has arranged a great opportunity for skaters. It is recommended skaters be competing at STAR 4 level or above to apply. Contact Synergy Fitness Directly or Skate Canada PEI for more information.

Sherwood Parkdale Skating Club outreaches to Community Clubs SPSC offers a community program in Crapaud at the South Shore Actiplex. This programs is for Canskate and Junior Level Skaters ages 3yrs and up. Under the direction of SPSC and its professional coaches, the Community Outreach Program participants are part of the SPSC Family where they can partake in special events and programs out of their program location as well in Sherwood out of Cody Banks Arena!
