How to find your report card

 

Quick Guide to Finding Your Participants Achievements and View/Print Evaluations

• Log into sherwoodparkdaleskatingclub.com
  • the same login you used to register. If you have forgotten your password send for a password reset or contact us. Do NOT create a new account
• Click on your name in the upper right corner
  • choose "My Account" on the drop down menu
• Click on "Participants" on the menu bar below account holder name 
• Scroll to Participants name and Click on Participants Name
  • EVALUATIONS Tab
    • Under Participant Evaluations use drop down menu 
    • Select individual evaluations in the list of evaluations published
    • From drop down menu you can navigate to each evaluation AND/OR
    • Select Evaluations Summarized by Program for an overall view
    • Print icon is available on each evaluation page you open
  • ACHIEVEMENTS Tab
    • Category View 
      • Click on CanPowerSkate 
      • A status of in progress, completed date or not yet completed will show for each level
    • Click on List View
      • A list of completed Agility, Balance and Control will be viewable for all achievements from all programs
