How to Navigate through "My Account"

 

"Account," provides you with your family information and any outstanding balances due along with a tab to pay your balance.

"Calendar," provides you with your skaters' personal calendars so you know exactly what days and dates your sessions run. If there is no class listed, then you do not skate on this day. Exceptions such as tournaments, or holidays may be listed on that day instead.  All prescheduled events are taken into account for your registration fee. There are no make up days for "no skating days". This is where you are able to view your final skating day as well as special theme days and more.

"Participants," is a list of all participants registered under your account with their Skate Canada Membership Numbers. Under participants, when you click on each participant, another menu will appear across your screen where you are able view any programs they have previously been registered for and their evaluations and achievements. If you are registering for a new season, this is where you will find what stages your children are currently working on and what stages they have completed.

"Invoices," is a full list of all invoices that have been generated through your account. 

"Tax Receipts," at this time your invoice is your receipt. Our programs do not qualify as a skating (sport boarding/camp type school) for current regulations

"Communication Preferences," is where you can select email notifications from our club. Please note, we will never send any promotional emails for businesses and will never sell or share your email to outside sources.  You will only receive information that is pertinent to you and your skater. SPSC follows all antispam laws.

"Volunteering," is where your list of volunteer hours will show for volunteer time scheduled through our volunteer posting.  Volunteer times set up through e-mail and other communication will not be viewable here
