  Skate Canada Membership Registration and Insurance Premium Fee is an annual (September 1-August 31) mandatory subscription required by all participants and on-ice volunteers and is not pro-rated at any time, nor is it transferable. This fee is set by the National level of Skate Canada and is non-refundable.
